Our liquid/liquid hydrocyclones have the most advanced internal geometry giving packages capable of eliminating oil droplets down to 5 microns without compromising flowrates.
The new design is able to cope with a wide range of feed conditions and large amounts of free gas without any adverse effects. A new multiple inlet arrangement has been developed to reduce erosion and stabilise the core flow.
Liners are installed within pressure vessels and supported by plates giving easy accessibility for replacement and maintenance. Individual liners can be blocked for downturn from design flowrates. They are available in Duplex Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless Steel both with hardened internal surfaces.
